Fill out the form below to request a maintenance appointment. Regular maintenance appointments are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you give us permission to enter, we'll visit your home on the next one of these days. If you do not give us permission to enter, or if we are unable to schedule you for the next regular maintenance day, we will call you to schedule an appointment.

ALWAYS call us at 253-475-4557 for non-911-type emergencies (broken water pipes, power outage in your home only, no hot water, etc.).

Urgent, After Hours & Emergencies
	Office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. During off hours messages are checked periodically. In EVERY urgent or emergency situation, please call and leave us a message as soon as possible.
	URGENT situations during business hours call 253-475-4557 immediately.
	Urgent & Emergency situations after hours: For FIRE, RESCUE, AMBULANCE, POLICE call 911
	For other emergencies after hours use common sense to determine whether to call 911 or leave a message at Sandco Properties for a call back in a few hours or the next morning, 253-475-4557.
	For broken pipes: turn off the water to the house then call your water company or Sandco Properties.
