I understand
I acquire no rights to this unit until I sign an agreement
form submitted to me and make a deposit equal to the first
months rent. This deposit to be held in accordance with the
rental agreement & in consideration of the Landlord holding
the unit for me. I hereby waive all rights to the return of
this deposit, and said deposit shall be retained as liquidated
damages in the event I do not choose to enter into the agreement
applied for herein. In the event said application for tenancy
is not accepted, the deposit shall be returned to the applicant.
Screening fee(s) are $40 per adult for the first 2 adults and $30 per person for every adult thereafter, which will be credited back to 1st months rent, only IF all applicants sign a lease agreement AND all monies due are paid in full at time of move in. In compliance
with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are informing you that
information as to your character, general reputation and mode
of living is being verified by Sandco Corp. and/or its representatives.
You have the right to dispute the information reported. You
certify that the facts set forward in this application are
true and complete. You as the prospective tenant agree that

and extend the privilege to Sandco and its representatives
