Residents are Priority One
Maintaining excellent relationships with residents is a top priority for Sandco Properties. Our residents tell us they value our management style, honesty and quick maintenance responses. Many of our residents have been with us for many years in the same or different homes. Several residents have moved out of our system, only to call back and state they will accept the first home we have available.

How are we different?

Reasonable Rental Rates
Rental rates are kept reasonable. We purchase maintenance deferred or dilapidated residential houses, apartments and properties, perform the work necessary to turn them into safe, clean and comfortable homes, rent them at reasonable rates and maintain them well.

Application Process
Many of our residents are delighted and relieved to find that we do not impose the same overly strict  requirements of many rental agencies. You will get a fair chance in the application process. If you are a first time renter, or have a reasonable and provable reason for an eviction in your past (divorce, medical emergency, safety) or have some bad credit, there are ways to work thru these issues (have a co-signer, pay the last months rent in advance, etc).
